    • Lead technology initiatives that enable meaningful, actionable, data-driven capabilities aligned with business objectives and enterprise strategy.

    • Develop and execute data and analytics technology strategies and roadmaps that support rapid delivery of information management capabilities while aligning with established technology and architecture standards.

    • Establish clear strategic direction and execution plans that support Everest's global data ambitions.

    Data & Analytics Architecture

    • Define and deliver the data and analytics architecture, tooling, and capabilities required to support a modern cloud-based data ecosystem.

    • Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and controls to enable broad enterprise adoption while ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

    • Deliver capabilities that support the rapid ingestion of new data sources and the efficient deployment of advanced analytics and AI models into production.

    • Champion modern engineering practices and cloud-first architectures that enhance agility, performance, and innovation.

    Engineering Excellence & Transformation

    • Drive the organization's data and analytics transformation initiatives, accelerating cloud adoption while promoting security, governance, data quality, and integrity.

    • Support the development of engineering capabilities that encourage code sharing, inner sourcing, and reusability across teams.

    • Foster a cloud-first engineering culture leveraging automation, DevOps tools, and modern delivery practices.

    • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

    Delivery & Operational Leadership

    • Drive the delivery of an exceptional customer and partner experience through intuitive, self-service data capabilities and trusted access to enterprise data.

    • Manage engagement and coordination across assigned delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    • Balance strategic priorities with operational excellence to ensure consistent delivery and measurable business value.

    Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
    • Demonstrated success building, leading, and developing high-performing engineering teams.

    • Inspirational leader with a proven track record of attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.

    • Deep experience leading data and analytics organizations within complex multinational environments.

    • Proven ability to deliver large-scale data and analytics initiatives on time, within budget, and with high quality.

    • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

    • Ability to define a clear strategy and roadmap, align stakeholders around a common vision, and translate strategy into execution.

    • Comfortable operating in a lean, hands-on environment that requires both strategic leadership and detailed execution.

    • Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering impactful business outcomes.
