    Heritage Co-op is hiring a Gas Bar Supervisor at our Gas Bar located in Erickson, Manitoba.

    What you'll do:

    Reporting to the Gas Bar Manager, the Gas Bar Supervisor will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Gas Bar. Activities include providing leadership to the Gas Bar team to ensure safe, effective operations and processes that align with the Values, Vision, Mission, and Brand of Heritage Co-op.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop frontline team members, fostering a positive, inclusive, and performance driven culture
    • Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
    • Under the direction of the Gas Bar Manager, the Supervisor will assist with talent management processes for their respective team members
    • Ensure compliance with fuel handling regulations, hazardous goods requirements, and safety and health legislation
    • Manage inventory for fuel, convenience store products, supplies, and propane exchange ensuring accuracy, availability, and asset protection

    Who you are:

    • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
    • Strong understanding of fuel handling regulations, workplace safety, and operational best practices
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a Team
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
    • Proven effective communication skills; both verbal and written
    • Experience in a Co-op retail environment preferred
