Job description

About Us Apothecary Farms is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Metrc & Operations Support Assistant to help keep our cultivation facility running efficiently. This position combines inventory compliance, administrative support, supply management, and facility organization. The ideal candidate enjoys working behind the scenes, staying organized, and supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do Assist with Metrc inventory tracking, data entry, transfers, and compliance documentation. Support inventory audits, counts, and recordkeeping activities. Monitor supply levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and organizing materials.

Maintain organized filing systems and operational records. Provide administrative support to cultivation and operations leadership. Help coordinate paperwork and documentation between departments.

Organize office spaces, storage areas, and operational workspaces. Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned. Ensure accuracy in reporting and record management.

Support regulatory compliance by maintaining thorough and accurate documentation. What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable learning and working in Metrc or similar inventory management systems.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Dependable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.

Strong communication and teamwork skills. Previous administrative, inventory, compliance, or cannabis industry experience preferred. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required.

Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required. Experience with inventory management systems is a plus. Must be able to obtain and maintain all required state licensing and credentials.

Physical Requirements Ability to work in both office and cultivation environments. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to move throughout the facility and assist with organizational projects as needed.
