    Job description

    EPS Corporation is seeking Senior is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities across multiple projects supporting military C6ISR programs. This individual serves as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for major projects and acts as the primary interface with Government Project Leads and other program authorities. The Project Manager oversees contractor execution of task order requirements, manages project resources, and ensures successful delivery of technical, operational, cost, and schedule objectives.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects supporting military C6ISR systems and operations

    Serve as the primary point of contact for Government Project Leads and other program stakeholders. Plan, organize, direct, and control project activities to ensure contract requirements are met. Coordinate personnel, schedules, budgets, and resources across multiple projects and task areas.

    Develop and maintain project schedules, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M), and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to cost, schedule, and technical requirements. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining effective risk management processes.

    Prepare and deliver project status reports, meeting minutes, executive briefings, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with organizational project management methodologies, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Foster collaboration among government stakeholders, technical teams, subcontractors, and support personnel.

    Minimum Education Requirements Master's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered where permitted by contract requirements. Experience Requirements Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience managing technical programs or projects.

    At least four (4) years of specialized experience planning, organizing, directing, and controlling multiple projects supporting the design, systems engineering, integration, or field service of military C6ISR systems. Minimum of four (4) years of management, supervisory, or team leadership experience. Demonstrated success managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and technical deliverables.

    Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI security clearance. Strong knowledge of project management principles, processes, and methodologies. Experience supporting Department of Defense programs and military operational environments.

    Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources. Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
