Registered Nurse/Medical Surgical

Location: Lubbock, TX

Contract Details

  • Pay Rate: $61.00 / Hour (USD)
  • Shift / Schedule: Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00-19:00

Job Summary

This is a Medical Surgical RN travel/contract assignment at a Short Term Acute Care facility in Lubbock, TX. The position is classified as a 1st-time traveler/1Y role within the Medical Surgical specialty. The assignment operates under the Aya Healthcare MSP and is eligible for auto-offer. The expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5, and the position uses Epic with a Hardstop requirement.

  • Scrub/Uniform - Licensed Nursing Personnel (RN, LVN): Solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire. Scrub tops may have colored piping. Print tops are not acceptable attire except for licensed staff in the Children's Hospital (PED, Pedi, PICU, NICU). Women's Services (L&D, Mom/Baby) will meet the requirements for their unit-specific scrub attire.
  • Scrub/Uniform - Unlicensed Personnel (US, CNA, PCA, NT, MT): Solid hunter green colored uniforms or scrub attire. Print tops are not acceptable except in the areas noted above.
  • Parking: Free in any unrestricted space. Please park in any of the free surface parking lots with signs that say Employee/Visitor Parking.
