Epic Personnel Partners is expanding in Phoenix, and we're looking for a proven staffing industry sales professional to help us grow our presence throughout the Valley.

This position is exclusively for candidates with staffing industry sales experience. We are not seeking general sales representatives. We want professionals who understand staffing, workforce solutions, client development, and the urgency that comes with serving customers in today's labor market.

What You'll Do

  • Develop new business throughout the Greater Phoenix market
  • Prospect, network, and generate new staffing opportunities
  • Meet with hiring managers, operations leaders, and business owners
  • Conduct client visits and workforce consultations
  • Grow existing accounts and uncover new opportunities
  • Partner with recruiting and operations teams to deliver results
  • Build long-term client relationships and become a trusted staffing partner

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Staffing industry sales experience
  • Proven success in business development and account growth
  • Experience selling temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, direct hire, or workforce solutions
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to travel throughout the Phoenix metro area


Preferred:

  • Existing business relationships within the Phoenix market
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, hospitality, or administrative sectors
