We are seeking a Senior Project Manager.
Located on-site at our regional office in Chesapeake, VA.
ESN is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a contract with our Navy customer at Newport News Shipbuilding in Newport News, VA. This opportunity provides maintenance support for all aircraft carrier availabilities in the areas of Knowledge Management, Process Improvement, and Change Management.
Experience Requirement:
  • Execution of a Major (CNO) CVN Maintenance Availability as a Program or Project Manager.

Education & Certification Requirement:
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Management and 5 years professional experience in program/project management - AND - directly involved in the planning and execution of CVN availabilities from a shipyard perspective.

OR
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management and 10 years professional experience in program/project management - AND - directly involved in the planning and execution of CVN availabilities from a shipyard perspective.

OR
  • Associate's degree in Engineering or Business Management if candidate has a PMP certification and 15+ years professional experience in program/project management - AND - 5 years directly involved in the planning and execution of CVN availabilities from a shipyard perspective.

Security Clearance:
  • Must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET clearance.
