Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle, and certifications like CPA are commonly required. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and integrity are crucial soft skills for ensuring accuracy and ethical financial reporting. Clear communication and effective time management are essential to manage these challenges and maintain the integrity of financial reporting.
