About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by assisting with various essential tasks. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products that are integral to our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick and pack products for distribution to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote safety and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in tracking inventory levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure effective teamwork.
