Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our award-winning team, Elevate Powered by Coldwell Banker Realty. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, a passion for helping clients, and a drive to grow their business with the support of a proven system.

As a Real Estate Agent with Elevate, you’ll guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Prepare and present market analyses to help clients make informed decisions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Stay informed about local real estate trends, market conditions, and property values.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations in every transaction.
• Manage administrative tasks related to listings, contracts, and client communications.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and referrals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and ethical real estate practices.
• Proficient in administrative tasks related to real estate operations.
