Note: First Shift: Monday -Thurs 9-7:30 PM. While onsite, you will be partnered with an FTE due to security protocols; building is secured. Top 3 Keywords: 1- Warehouse Operations & Palletizing 2- Pallet Jack Operation & Trailer Loading 3- Quality Control (Shipping Label Verification)

- Ability to lift and move boxes (10โ25 lbs.)
- Ability to operate a pallet jack (PJ)

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior warehouse, dock, or distribution center experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS / PkMS)
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Remove boxes from conveyor belt and place them on designated pallets
- Shrink-wrap pallets and load onto semi-trailers using a pallet jack
- Move pallets around the enclosed dock and warehouse
- Stage skids for receiving and place received product in assigned locations
- Perform quality checks to ensure shipping labels are correctly placed
- Break down packaging materials using a box cutter and recycle materials
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures
- Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping as needed
- Support inventory counts and discrepancy resolution
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Ability to meet productivity standards (95% or greater of engineered standards)
- Ability to stand and remain mobile throughout the shift
- Visual acuity for close, distance, and peripheral vision
- Ability to read and understand English for labels and instructions
- Ability to work overtime and participate in physical inventory when required
- Ability to maintain attendance standards and work with minimal guidance
