Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests throughout the nightclub and actively sell shots and featured beverages.
• Create a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Promote nightly specials and featured products confidently.
• Build rapport with guests to encourage repeat purchases.
• Accurately handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of available products, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with bartenders, VIP servers, security, and management.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance throughout each shift.
• Follow responsible alcohol service procedures and comply with all liquor laws.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and upscale nightclub environment.

Requirements

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with guests.
• Strong personality and excellent communication skills.
• Sales-driven and motivated to maximize earnings.
• Previous experience in a nightclub, bar, serving, promotional, or hospitality role preferred.
• Ability to work in a loud, crowded, fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, professional, and a team player.
• Ability to remain on your feet and move throughout the venue for extended periods.
• Late-night and weekend availability required.
• Must meet all legal requirements to serve alcohol in Missouri.
