Challenge Yourself - The Specifics:
- Assist with the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including creating engaging content that attracts the target audience
- Contribute to social media and content calendars by supporting the production of relevant and shareable content while maintaining consistent Company messaging, tone, grammar, and visual identity
- Maintain, monitor, and track social media platforms across all company brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, including voice, tone, colors, and messaging
- Maintain campaign calendars and organize promotional schedules
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of company swag for customer-facing events
- Act as the first point of contact for all guests, greeting and directing them in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize and maintain department software tools such as HubSpot, Magento, Monday.com, and WordPress
- Track tasks and progress across projects using Monday.com project management software
- Organize and archive media assets such as photographs and videos using established naming conventions
- Maintain organization and distribution of digital collateral (e.g., brochures, customer-specific documents)
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials using brand guidelines, including PDF flyers, landing pages, lookbooks, rack cards, and forms
- Revise and update existing collateral to reflect current branding and product offerings
- Create and manage event assets such as flyers, QR codes, calendar invites, and related materials for both in-person and virtual events
- Track product release schedules and collaborate with relevant teams to support product launches
- Support senior management by conducting market research, monitoring industry trends and customer behavior, identifying target audiences, and compiling reports as requested
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
You Have a Unique Combination of Skills, Talents and Mindset, Including Many of the Following:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a comparable field, or equivalent experience and training
- Experience in a supportive marketing role is preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of administrative software: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong technical writing skills and effective verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional representation of the Company
- Willingness to learn and communicate a basic understanding of our product lines
