Wir suchen einen Oprator Technology (m/w/d) für unser Team in Jena.
Die effiziente Durchführung, Überwachung und Optimierung von CNC-gesteuerten Anlagen wird Ihre Aufgabe sein sowie die prozessbegleitende Qualitätskontrolle sicherzustellen, während gleichzeitig Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten durchgeführt, ausreichend Material bereitgestellt und ein hoher Standard an Ordnung und Sauberkeit aufrechterhalten wird.
What will you be doing?
- Durchführung von verschiedenen Arbeitsschritten in der Belichtung
- Bestückung und Überwachung von CNC gesteuerten Anlagen
- Selbständige Beseitigung von Störungen an den Anlagen (mit Hilfe externer Unterstützung)
- Permanente Optimierung der Anlagen (Qualität, Produktivität und Laufzeitoptimierung)
- Prozessbegleitende Qualitätskontrolle und Dokumentation
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten für Qualität, Ausbeute und Maschinenauslastung / Durchlaufzeiten
- Kommunikation/Informationsaustausch innerhalb sowie zwischen der Schicht und dem Schichtleiter
- Sicherstellung von ausreichendem Material im zuständigen Bereich
- Durchführung von Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten an den Anlagen
- Hoher persönlicher Anspruch an Ordnung und Sauberkeit
