Job description

Overview
The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions is one of the fastest-growing pest control companies in the country! The Regular Service Technician (Reg Tech) provides exceptional customer service during regular maintenance appointments, applying chemicals and manual solutions to eliminate pests and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is on-site and reports to our Columbus, OH branch.
Responsibilities:
  • Safely apply pesticides and pest control solutions to building interiors and exteriors, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Conduct inspections to identify pest infestations, provide customized treatment solutions, and communicate with the office as needed.
  • Interact with customers to explain services, maintain accurate records, and manage inventory, equipment, and vehicle upkeep.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements, while using technology to manage appointments and service documentation.

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role. Driving record must meet the company's insurance standards.
  • Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

  • This position offers an hourly base pay range of ($18.00)/hour, with additional compensation opportunities.
