This role involves managing client engagements, ensuring successful implementation of IT and business solutions, and maintaining client satisfaction through effective project management.
Responsibilities:
• oversee client engagements, ensuring the successful implementation of IT, business, and client-specific solutions
• build partnerships with the Project Office, clients, vendors, and subcontractor organizations to manage the implementation of these partnerships and meet client needs
• ensure client satisfaction by formulating, developing, implementing, and delivering application, technical, and business solutions tailored to client requirements
• manage contractual costs, schedules, and service or product deliverables
• coordinate IBM and client resources to deliver services and solutions
