Job description
EasyLiving is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide medication management services for clients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct medication setup and management visits.
- Review medications for accuracy and ensure client compliance.
- Monitor clients for medication-related concerns and report changes to the care team.
- Maintain accurate documentation for each visit.
- Collaborate with caregivers and office staff to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
