Role Description As a Data Engineer (Full-time) at Early Warning Services, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that support analytics, reporting, and product functions. You will develop and optimize ETL processes, ensure data quality and integrity across multiple sources, and implement robust data models that serve both operational and analytical needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand data requirements, collaborating with data analysts and data scientists, and managing data warehouse environments. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to improvements in data architecture and infrastructure. This is an on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Strong Data Engineering skills, including designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and data solutions.
• Proficiency in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing to support both transactional and analytical workloads.
• Experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, including developing, optimizing, and scheduling ETL workflows.
• Ability to perform Data Analytics, including querying, transforming, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
• Experience with SQL and at least one programming language commonly used in data engineering (e.g., Python, Java, or Scala).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
