MSS harnesses over 50 years of metallurgical expertise and global production capabilities to deliver high-precision, engineered components for critical and energy sector applications. The company is looking to strengthen its talent pool in the USA by recruiting and selecting outstanding specialists in the Global Supply Chain Department.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

 

Reference base salary between $70K and $90K + bonus + benefits

Reporting to the Customer Service Lead for the US, and to the Sales Director Americas, the Customer Service Rep focuses is customer satisfaction and service excellence across all stages of the order cycle – from order entry to on-time delivery. He/She will be coordinating with third parties, business partners, clients, and colleagues (sales, finance, logistics). The Candidate has a minimum of 3/5 years’ experience in a customer service, order management, or logistics, ERP / CRM system, and proficiency in MS Office. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, communication, or related field/equivalent experience. 

All candidates must show an outstanding ability in teamwork, problem-solving solving and customer orientation. They must be naturally inclined to collaboration with a strong results-oriented mindset. High stress tolerance and a great understanding of different cultures/work environments are a plus.

The position is based in Norfolk, Virginia, 100% on-site, and requires US work authorization
