This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you will ensure our team members have the resources to provide our guests with memorable moments at Durango.

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:
Working hands-on in any kitchen environment to ensure all china, glass and silverware, flatware, dish machines, etc. are cleaned and maintained according to Station Casinos standards and specifications.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards in accordance with department polices and the Department of Health.
Ensuring and complying with a safe and hazard free work environment according to the Department of Health and OSHA regulations.

In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:
The ability to learn the basics of detergents, chemicals, sanitation techniques and ware-washing procedures.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push 150 to 250 lbs. on a pushcart, and enter walk-ins of -10 degrees to 140 degrees with or without assistance.
Ability to obtain all necessary work cards.
