Job description

DENTAL RECEPTIONIST 

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our dental office team!
Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients
  • Answer phones and schedule and confirm patient appointments

  • Manage the daily appointment schedule and coordinate changes as needed
  • Verify insurance and assist with patient questions
  • Collect payments and handle front-desk duties
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Communicate with the dental team to keep the office running smoothly
  • Provide a friendly and welcoming experience for our patients
Qualifications
  • Dental or medical office experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • Strong scheduling and organizational skills

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Friendly and professional personality

  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
