NCM Coordinator
The NCM Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the site as it relates to non-conforming material processing.

Starting as a hardware supply store during the California Gold Rush and eventually assisted in the birth of the aerospace industry in Southern California by providing aircraft aluminum to early aerospace pioneers like Lindbergh, Douglas and Lockheed.
Today Ducommun is a global provider of innovative manufacturing solutions for customers in the aerospace, defense and industrial markets. We specialize in electronic and structural systems, producing complex products and components for commercial aircraft platforms, mission-critical military and space programs, and sophisticated industrial applications.
Our Facility in Appleton, WI manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense as well as Industrial and Medical Industries.

Job Summary
- Responsible for the management of nonconforming material from discovery or receipt to closure - including component level, assemblies as well as customer failures
- Hold regularly scheduled MRB's for components and assemblies as necessary to drive disposition
- Ensure NCM tags are completely filled out, entered and corresponding inventory transaction is completed
- Carry out disposition - return to supplier/credit, scrap/credit, rework, repair, use as is (with customer approval) as instructed by MRB
- Process credit transactions (pending approval by accounting)
