Job Summary:
DTI (Diversified Technology Inc.) is a successful African American owned IT Consulting/Staffing firm. We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager Contractor to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
• Coordinate meetings and ensure alignment among stakeholders
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Qualifications:
Required:
• 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Knowledgeable about SAP CPQ
• Understanding of the lead-to-cash process
• Experience in the High Tech industry
• Ability to manage a team for implementing a Phone bot and Chat bot using Genesys software
• Experience with Omni-channel and integration to SAP C4C or Service Cloud V2
• Must work onsite at the client office in Austin, TX, 5 days a week
• Genesis – Contact Center experience (Advanced, 6–9 years)
• SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) experience (Intermediate, 3–5 years)
• Salesforce – Service Cloud experience (Intermediate, 3–5 years)
