What You'll Do
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Accurately measure and assemble metal components using shop tools and equipment
Inspect and verify work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards
Collaborate with team members to solve fabrication challenges and improve processes
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in welding and custom fabrication
Strong understanding of various welding techniques
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Physically to lift and move heavy materials and stand for extended periods
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (includes paid lunch)
