    Sample Supports is seeking a Supported Employment & SCC Program Manager to lead our Supported Employment and community-based day services.

    This position oversees daily program operations, develops and supports team members, maintains documentation and regulatory compliance, and ensures individuals receive meaningful, person-centered employment and community opportunities.

    We are looking for a dependable and solution-focused leader who can balance employee development, program quality, scheduling, compliance, and the changing needs of the people we serve.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Lead the daily operations of Supported Employment and Day Program 
    • Hire, train, supervise, coach, and develop program employees
    • Create a positive, accountable, and team-focused program culture
    • Coordinate employee schedules, individual services, transportation, coverage, and changing program needs
    • Ensure services meet quality, documentation, authorization, billing, and regulatory expectations
    • Monitor employee performance, productivity, service delivery, and required documentation
    • Support individuals in achieving employment, community-integration, skill-development, and personal goals
    • Develop meaningful community-based activities and individualized opportunities
    • Build and maintain relationships with employers, community organizations, referral partners, and other stakeholders
    • Support job development, placement, retention, and advancement activities
    • Collaborate with individuals, families, guardians, case managers, DVR counselors, employers, and interdisciplinary teams
    • Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready individual and employee records
    • Complete ongoing file reviews and address documentation or compliance concerns
    • Support individual intake, meet-and-greets, referral coordination, and responses to requests for proposals
    • Monitor program goals, billable services, attendance, growth, and service outcomes
    • Respond to program challenges, employee needs, behavioral concerns, and emergencies
    • Provide direct services, transportation, or coverage when needed to maintain continuity of care
    • Follow Sample Supports policies and all applicable HCPF, Medicaid, DVR, licensing, and regulatory requirements
    • Report suspected mistreatment, abuse, neglect, or exploitation as a mandatory reporter
    • Adapt to changing responsibilities based on individual needs, program growth, and organizational priorities

    Qualifications

    • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities required
    • Experience in Supported Employment, vocational services, day programming, human services, or a related field preferred
    • One to two years of management or supervisory experience preferred
    • Ability to meet applicable education, experience, training, and credential requirements for Supported Employment services
    • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage employees, schedules, documentation, and multiple program priorities
    • Understanding of person-centered services, community inclusion, and individual rights
    • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
    • Must be at least 18 years old due to driving responsibilities
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    • Ability to transport individuals receiving services when needed
    • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
    • Ability to complete and maintain all required training and certifications
