    Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment? The Institute of Beauty and Wellness Madison is looking for a Team Lead & Retail Educatar to help create a five-star educational retail experience for our students, faculty, and guests. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves mentoring others, driving sales results, and keeping operations running smoothly all while being part of a team that's committed to creating an environment that's caring, compassionate, and dedicated to uplifting others.
    What You'll Do
    • Welcome students and guests with an engaging, educational retail experience
    • Share product and service knowledge with the team, students, and guests to help drive sales goals
    • Coach and mentor students on closing sales, customer engagement, and business skills
    • Lead student huddles, goal-setting sessions, and downtime education
    • Oversee day-to-day retail store operations, merchandising, and inventory
    • Manage reservations, guest checkouts, and cash handling using Zenoti
    • Plan and execute retail events, training the team along the way
    • Support hiring efforts and help coordinate team scheduling and performance reviews
    • Step in as a substitute teacher or classroom support when needed
    • Bring a "whatever, whenever" attitude to supporting the team and getting things done

    What We're Looking For
    • Previous retail and guest service experience in a five-star environment
    • A leadership mindset someone who takes ownership of company standards and coaches others to succeed
    • A solid grasp of sales metrics and key performance indicators
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting; able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
