RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supply production areas with materials, load materials to/from pallets, shelves, and trucks
- Input of electronic inventory transactions
- Receive incoming material, verify counts, and perform accurate data entry
- Use computer software to enter weight and dimension information, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of inventory, Kanban and/or Manufacturing Storage Systems
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and engineering prints
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, along with standardized written documentation
- Knowledge of software and Microsoft Office
- Previous operation of forklift, lift cranes, hand jack, and hand/air powered tools of 2 years
- Possession of a Valid Driver's License and be able to drive a box truck if assigned
- May be required to lift up to 50lbs alone and 70lbs with assistance. Lifting of up to 30lbs will happen regularly.
This position is in a modern production facility with heat and air conditioning, though candidates will have to work in outdoor elements, daily, for short periods of time.
This position is Full Time, 40 Hours a week, Monday-Friday and starts at $19 an hour with a $4 per hour 2nd Shift premium.
