  • Design, implement, and review individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs and therapeutic objectives.
  • Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions that may include individual, family, and group therapy settings.
  • Monitor clients' progress throughout treatment and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide timely crisis intervention and support strategies for clients in moments of acute distress.
  • Maintain precise and confidential client records in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists—to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed of the latest trends and best practices in mental health treatment.
  • Participate in regular supervision sessions and training to foster ongoing personal and professional growth.
  • Uphold ethical standards and professional conduct in all client interactions, as outlined by relevant licensing boards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on supporting adolescents and young adults experiencing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. You will work in a compassionate environment that emphasizes understanding, resilience, and empowerment, helping clients navigate their paths toward recovery.

Qualifications
  • A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with a diverse client population.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle typical case loads and demands of telehealth services.
  • A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions against your licensing.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to adolescents or young adults.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital client engagement tools.
  • Previous involvement in crisis intervention or intensive outpatient programs is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

Golden Dove offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, along with bonus opportunities to recognize your contributions.
