    Job Title: Material Handler
    Location: Faribault, MN
    Compensation: $20.00 per hour - paid weekly
    Schedule: 1st Shift
    Job Type: Temp or Temp-to-hire
    About the Opportunity
    Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Handlers for a power distribution manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. In this role, you'll support production by accurately moving, tracking, and staging materials using an ERP system in a clean, safety-focused environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and want steady hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit.What You'll Do as a Material Handler:
    • Perform material transactions using Epicor (ERP) based on production needs
    • Read and follow SOPs, job travelers, and sales orders
    • Pull, issue, and transfer parts in the ERP system
    • Train to operate and certify on forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles
    • Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
    • Keep warehouse areas clean, stocked, and organized
    • Perform additional warehouse and materials duties as assigned
    What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role:
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
    • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and reach frequently during the shift
    • High school diploma
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions in English
    • Basic computer skills and accurate data entry ability
    • Ability to perform simple math for counts, inventory, and SOP documents
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, if required
    • Must follow all PPE requirements (eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection)
