    About Us
    At Dogtopia, we believe every dog deserves the Most Exciting Day Ever! We're looking for an energetic, organized, and personable Client Experience Coordinator to become the first point of contact for future pet parents. If you enjoy talking with people, love helping customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
    This role combines customer service, inside sales, and relationship building to help new families discover everything Dogtopia has to offer. A large part of your day will be spent making outbound calls and following up persistently with leads - if you enjoy the challenge of turning a "maybe" into a "yes," this is built for you.
    What You'll Do
    As part of our Client Experience Team, you'll help guide prospective clients from their first inquiry through their first visit.
    Daily responsibilities include:
    • Answer incoming calls from prospective clients
    • Respond to web leads quickly and professionally
    • Schedule Meet & Greets for new dogs
    • Follow up with missed appointments and inactive leads
    • Build relationships with prospective pet parents through phone, text, and email
    • Educate clients on daycare, boarding, spa services, and enrollment options
    • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up schedules in our CRM
    • Help re-engage previous guests through promotional outreach
    • Work closely with our daycare locations to ensure a seamless client experience
    • Assist with special sales campaigns and seasonal promotions
    • Support social media engagement and client outreach projects as assigned
