Job Summary

This position will be primarily responsible for coordinating with the technician and the customer on the particular parts they will need to retrieve.
Essential Functions
- Purchase equipment parts or supplies to maintain stock levels.
- Keep accurate account of inventory.
- Maintain documentation of requisitions
- Monitor and verify the delivery of parts.
- Conduct inspection to ensure quality.
- Fulfill customer requests for ordering parts.
- Identify defective parts and issue replacements.
- Accurately identify parts needed for customer.
- Effectively communicate with customers via phone and in person
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be self-motivated.
- Team oriented.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Knowledge of parts and mechanics
Physical Requirements
- Physical Demands consist of sitting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, standing, walking, typing, talking, hearing and traveling.
