We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Software Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on selling innovative banking software solutions to financial institutions, including community banks, credit unions, and regional lenders. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the financial services industry, excels at building relationships, and thrives in a performance-based environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or banking/fintech
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of banking operations, payments, lending, or compliance is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)

Preferred Experience

• Experience selling core banking systems, digital banking platforms, or financial technology solutions
• Existing network within banking or credit union sectors
