    Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) - Des Moines, IA
    About the Opportunity

    Position Summary
    The Registered Nurse will provide clinical support in an outpatient setting, assisting with patient care, procedures, documentation, and care coordination. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures
    • Educate patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and recovery expectations
    • Monitor and support patients throughout their care experience
    • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
    • Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies
    • Coordinate care with providers and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
    • Respond to patient questions and provide appropriate follow-up guidance
    • Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements
    • Assist with inventory management and clinical operations
    • Deliver exceptional patient-centered care and customer service
    Qualifications
    Required
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a clinical setting
    • Commitment to high-quality patient care
    Preferred
    • Previous nursing experience in an outpatient, procedural, surgical, or specialty care setting
    • Current BLS certification
