The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of IT Cybersecurity and Platform Engineering team, this role is for an experienced Zero Trust & Network Security Manager to lead the engineering, operations, and continuous enhancement of DTCC's Zero Trust and network security platforms, including Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange and Akamai WAF. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across the core Zero Trust pillars of Identity, Device, Network, Application, and Data Security, and will play a key role in advancing DTCC's cybersecurity strategy and operational resilience.
 

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering, operations, and continuous optimization of DTCC's Zero Trust and Network Security platforms, including Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange and Akamai security solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) services, ensuring platform stability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Zscaler and network security platforms.
  • Manage and enhance security capabilities including DLP, CASB, SSPM, Advanced Threat Protection, Browser Isolation, Sandboxing, SIPA, NSS, and Secure Web Gateway services.
  • Provide technical leadership and operational support for Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and associated Zero Trust access services.
  • Evaluate security architecture, identify opportunities for improvement, and align security capabilities with DTCC's Zero Trust strategy and evolving business requirements.
  • Lead operational support and continuous improvement activities for Network Security technologies, including Akamai WAF, DDoS protection, IDS/IPS, DNS security, and related security controls.
  • Partner with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Network teams to strengthen enterprise security posture and operational resilience.
  • Drive platform lifecycle management, governance, process automation, and service reliability across Zero Trust and Network Security technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years hands-on Cybersecurity related experience 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the field of Cybersecurity with expertise in domains like Network Security, Data Protection, Endpoint Security. 
  • Hands on experience in implementation for Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, Akamai WAF. 
  • Experience and deep understanding of Cyber Security controls for SaaS Solutions, e.g. Entra ID, Azure, AWS.
  • Experience in managing Data Protection Technologies: Endpoint & Web DLP, CASB 
  • Network Security: Secure Web Gateways, Secure Access Secure Edge (SASE), Firewalls, IDS/IPS technologies
  • Endpoint Security: Endpoint Detection and Response, Endpoint Protection, NGAV, DLP and Firewall technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.  
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Industry security certifications such as CISSP or other cybersecurity domain coverage is preferred.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
