Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary:
The Senior Analyst, Business Support plays a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency by evaluating and improving business processes and supporting strategic initiatives. This position involves analyzing metrics, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute integration plans, maintain project schedules, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. The Senior Analyst also offers expert guidance, fosters strong partnerships, and supports organizational goals by applying best practices and promoting a culture of accountability and integrity.
About the team:
The QA team develops and implements operational strategies that enhance customer trust and support business growth. Collaborating across departments, the team creates scalable solutions, improves transparency, and ensures consistent execution of key initiatives. Members focus on clear communication, resource planning, and business analysis to drive effective project delivery and continuous improvement. This team plays a vital role in shaping Walmart’s future by delivering value and maintaining reliability in every interaction. What you'll do:
  • Identify and troubleshoot business issues by analyzing data and distinguishing internal from external problems.
  • Support strategic initiatives by evaluating processes, determining capacity needs, and executing integration plans.
  • Contribute to project management by maintaining schedules, mitigating risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and generate reports to inform business decisions.
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders to implement business solutions and monitor progress toward goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Model compliance with company policies and uphold ethical standards in all activities.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in business process mapping and evaluation to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, distinguish problem sources, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Ability to support strategic initiatives by assessing capacity, executing integration plans, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Expertise in project support, including schedule and budget management, risk mitigation, and compliance adherence.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with stakeholders and drive business solutions.
  • Commitment to integrity, ethics, and upholding company values in all business practices.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to organizational changes and competing priorities while maintaining focus on continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
