Build a Rewarding Career in Insurance Sales

Dependable Life Solutions is seeking motivated, energetic, and self-driven individuals to join our growing sales team. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and being rewarded for your hard work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will manage the entire sales process-from meeting prospective clients and understanding their needs to presenting insurance solutions and closing sales. This role offers strong earning potential, professional growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals and families protect their financial future.

What You'll Do
  • Meet with prospective customers in their homes and build strong relationships.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and services that fit their needs.
  • Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, presentations, follow-ups, and closing sales.
  • Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Answer customer questions and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM tools.
  • Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Compensation

This is a performance-based sales opportunity with significant earning potential.

  • Top performers commonly earn between $90,000 and $160,000+ annually.
  • Compensation is based on individual performance and production.
