Own performance accountability across all paid channels that support execution; you own the strategy.Digital Strategy & CRODrive multi-entity digital strategy across all seven brands. Design and execute A/B tests across landing pages, ads, and email. Own conversion rate optimization-identifying friction, forming hypotheses, implementing improvements.GHL & EmailLead GHL campaign strategy-audience segmentation, funnel architecture, automation, and performance optimization. Own email campaign strategy including audience logic, segmentation, cadence, and content direction across all entities.Analytics & ReportingOwn GA4 implementation and reporting across all entities. Synthesize GA4 and GHL data into a monthly executive performance report. Present findings to leadership with analytical precision.Reputation ManagementOwn reputation strategy across all entities-Birdeye, Podium, and comparable platforms. Build review acquisition programs.
