    We're building a gamified developer platform empowering tens of thousands of coders to compete in exciting software engineering challenges that push the frontier of LLMs
    As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll become part of a passionate, fast moving team dedicated to solving challenging technical problems, designing engaging gamification experiences, and shaping the foundations to support the collective effort of developers worldwide.
    What You'll Do
    • Build and maintain end-to-end features across our frontend and backend systems
    • Architect scalable, performant backend services and intuitive, responsive frontend interfaces to support real-time coding competitions and engaging interactions
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across the stack to rapidly ship impactful features
    • Lead technical discussions, guide architectural decisions, and identify opportunities for improvement across the entire stack
    • Establish engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, observability, and documentation
    What You Have
    • 3+ years of experience building scalable, performant full stack applications in production environments
    • Strong proficiency in building frontends using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
    • Experience designing performance and secure APIs and backend services using Go
    • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS) and Docker
    • A proactive mindset, comfortable iterating quickly based on user feedback
    Nice to Haves
    • Familiarity with IaaC using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
    • Experience designing secure code execution environments and implementing sandboxing techniques
