    Overview We are looking for a Fixed Income Capital Markets Associate to train AI models, evaluate their logic, and improve chatbot quality. Responsibilities Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs. Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

    Qualifications Fluency in English (native or bilingual). Detail-oriented. Proficient financial analysis, modeling, data analysis, and other finance reasoning exercises.

    A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required. Benefits Full‐time or part‐time remote position. Choose which projects you want to work on.

    Work on your own schedule. Projects paid hourly starting at $50–$60 USD per hour, with bonuses for high‐quality and high‐volume work. Additional Information This is an independent contract position.
