    About the Job

    Danone North America is looking to hire a  Production Operator based in Portland, Oregon where we manufacturing frozen yogurt and ice cream! In this role, you will be trained as filler, sanitation & flavoring. You will operate within openings inside production.

    • Monday through Thursday on 4x10's 
    • Day Shift: 5 am - 3:30 pm
    • Swing Shift: 3 pm - 1:30 am
    • Pay for Performance: incentive bonus annually

    In this role, you will support the manufacturing plant by primarily be responsible for upholding the Safety, Quality, and Accuracy of product flavoring, fill and packaging, and sanitation.

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Mixes ingredients using formula provided by R&D
    • Maintain flavor documentation on batch sheets, provided by R&D
    • Monitor proper product into proper package
    • Monitor supply of packaging for producing amount on order
    • Perform cleaning and sanitizing functions for all circuits, pipes, tanks, valves, and related equipment
    • Coordinate with all other operators and pasteurizers to maintain and monitor tank space
    • Review and interpret CIP data. Troubleshoot CIP non-conformities
    • Responsible for verifying bulk milk and sugar documentation, tank space, and receiving raw ingredients (i.e. milk, cream, sugar) according to procedure
    • Operate powered industrial trucks (i.e. forklifts)
