Als HV Systems Expert CCR agieren als technischer Experte für Schaltprozesse und Systembetrieb der zentralen Netzführung für die Offshore-Windparks. Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Sicherstellung eines sicheren, standardisierten und effizienten Betriebs, sowie der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Kompetenzen in der Netzführung. Sie arbeiten eng mit der Standort-VEFFK und den HV-Operatoren im Schichtbetrieb zusammen. Dabei unterstützen sie diese durch Ihre Expertise, ohne selbst Teil des operativen Schichtbetriebs zu sein.
Die Rolle- Du stellst den sicheren und effizienten Betrieb der Netzführung für Hoch- und Mittelspannungssysteme sowie des Windturbinen-Monitorings sicher und entwickelst die zugehörigen Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter.
- Als operative Schnittstelle arbeitest du eng mit Übertragungsnetzbetreibern sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen und koordinierst den laufenden Netzbetrieb.
- Du definierst, implementierst und optimierst Prozesse rund um Schaltscheine, Schaltprogramme sowie Betriebs- und Freigabeprozesse in enger Abstimmung mit der Verantwortlichen Elektrofachkraft (VEFK).
- Du vertrittst den Head of Control Room (CCR) und agierst als verlängerter Arm der Lead-VEFK. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass alle Vorgaben der VEFK sowie die geltenden RAN-OWP-Normen und -Regeln im Control Room und durch die HV-Operatoren konsequent umgesetzt und eingehalten werden.
- Die fachliche Unterstützung, Anleitung und Weiterentwicklung der HV-Operatoren über alle Schichten hinweg gehören ebenso zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich wie Coaching und Best-Practice-Sharing.
- Du planst und führst Trainings, Schulungen und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen durch und trägst aktiv zum Wissensaufbau im Team bei.
- Als Key User für SCADA- und Leitsysteme steuerst du Implementierungsprojekte – beispielsweise die Inbetriebnahme neuer Windparks sowie die Einführung neuer SCADA-Systeme und weiterer Tools – und bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für IT/OT, externe Servicepartner sowie die Anbindung neuer Windparks.
- Betriebsereignisse, komplexe Störungen und Abweichungen analysierst du, leitest nachhaltige Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab und unterstützt bei Bedarf den täglichen Schaltbetrieb.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder eine Qualifikation als Techniker oder Meister mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung im Hochspannungsbetrieb oder in der Netzführung.
- Umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung im Schaltbetrieb von Hochspannungsanlagen sowie im Betrieb von Umspannwerken.
- Fundiertes Verständnis des Netz- und Anlagenbetriebs sowie des Monitorings von Windenergieanlagen.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SCADA- und Leitsystemen, idealerweise im Umfeld von Offshore-Windparks.
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Kontrollraum, in der Offshore-Windindustrie oder bei einem Energieversorgungsunternehmen.
- Kenntnisse in der Erstzuschaltung und Inbetriebnahme von Hochspannungssystemen sind von Vorteil.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Verantwortungs- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
