DACUT is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Cultivation Lead to help oversee daily cultivation operations, support team development, and ensure plants are maintained to the highest quality standards.This role combines hands-on cultivation work with leadership responsibilities. The Cultivation Lead will work closely with the Cultivation Manager to execute production schedules, train team members, and maintain compliance within a state-licensed cannabis cultivation facility.About the RoleThe Cultivation Lead is responsible for guiding daily cultivation activities, ensuring team productivity, maintaining plant health, and supporting facility compliance.
