Position Description: Are you detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about the cannabis industry?We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Merchandiser to join our growing team in Monroe, MI! Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout scheduled shifts.Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products or inventory weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead while stocking inventory, organizing displays, and maintaining the sales floor.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent movement and multitasking.
Ability to use a computer, tablet, point-of-sale system, and other retail equipment for extended periods.
Must have the manual dexterity to handle cannabis products, packaging, cash transactions, and inventory accurately.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members, and management in person and over the phone.
Capable of maintaining focus and attention to detail in a busy retail setting.
Ability to work in varying retail conditions, including exposure to bright lighting, moderate noise levels, and frequent customer interaction.
