    Philadelphia, PA
    Curitec

This position is posted as Wound Care Representative to improve visibility among qualified wound care professionals. The official Curitec title for this role is Clinical Care Representative, or CCR.

    About Curitec

Curitec is a Medicare-accredited Durable Medical Equipment Part B provider delivering advanced wound care, ostomy, urological, and tracheostomy supplies to residents in long-term care and post-acute settings.

We are committed to clinical excellence, responsive service, improved patient outcomes, and building trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and facility leaders.

    About the Role

As a Clinical Care Representative, you will serve as both a clinical resource and a business development partner within your assigned territory.

You will educate facility staff on wound care products and best practices, help ensure patients receive the appropriate supplies at the right time, strengthen relationships with existing accounts, and introduce Curitec’s services to prospective facility partners.

This position combines wound care knowledge, account management, relationship-building, and sales. The successful candidate must be comfortable identifying new business opportunities, communicating Curitec’s value, and growing the territory while continuing to provide strong clinical support and service to established accounts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses, physicians, practitioners, administrators, directors of nursing, and other facility leaders in long-term care, hospice, and post-acute settings

    • Service and support existing accounts while identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand Curitec’s presence within those facilities

    • Develop new business by introducing Curitec’s services to prospective facility partners and building relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers

    • Conduct in-services and educational sessions to support appropriate product selection and promote wound care best practices

    • Serve as a clinical resource on Curitec’s product portfolio and help facility staff understand how products support wound healing goals and patient outcomes

    • Communicate Curitec’s services, clinical support, responsiveness, and value to current and prospective customers

    • Manage the territory with a balance of clinical service, account development, sales activity, follow-up, and business growth

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Salesforce and other company systems, including account activity, patient information, contacts, opportunities, and billing cycles

    • Organize travel, facility visits, follow-up activities, and account priorities independently

    • Collaborate with regional leadership and clinical team members to meet service expectations and achieve territory growth goals

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Licensed PTA, RN, LPN, or LVN with at least two years of recent hands-on wound care and protocol decision-making experience

    • Strong wound care knowledge, including the ability to identify pressure injury stages, common wound etiologies, and wound dressing categories

    • Understanding of wound dressing functions and the ability to support appropriate product selection and clinical education

    • Ability to educate and guide facility staff on advanced wound dressings based on wound presentation and healing goals

    • Comfortable developing professional relationships, discussing Curitec’s services, and asking for opportunities to earn new business

    • Previous sales, marketing, account management, or business development experience is preferred

    • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based position

    • Strong organization, time-management, follow-up, and territory-planning skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both clinical and administrative professionals

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning Salesforce, electronic medical records, and other documentation platforms

    • Willing and able to travel throughout the assigned territory and manage a schedule that may include early-morning facility visits

    • Motivated to grow the territory while representing Curitec’s values of Speed, Independence, Unity, and Pride

    What We Offer

    • Competitive base salary plus commission structure, with anticipated annual compensation of $90,000–$110,000

    • Car allowance, fuel coverage, and reimbursement of approved business expenses

    • 401(k) plan with company contribution

    • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance

    • Paid time off and paid holidays

    • Initial wound care certification reimbursement in accordance with company policy

    • A supportive and fast-paced culture where clinical knowledge, independence, relationship-building, and business growth are valued

If you are a driven and organized wound care professional who enjoys educating others, building relationships, and growing a territory, we encourage you to apply for the Clinical Care Representative position with Curitec.
