CTG is seeking a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams in delivering application development, maintenance, and support initiatives for our client. This role is ideal for a strong Agile leader with experience managing technical projects, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and driving successful project execution across multiple stakeholders.

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 7 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile project teams as both Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master.

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

• Coordinate activities between technical teams, business stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors.

• Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Deliver regular status updates and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Support continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to contractual requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) projects

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Scrum Master roles

• Experience leading enterprise application development or support projects

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are a plus.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
