Print Room Clerk

Print Room Clerk Job Description
Make sure that labels which are printed for all programs have been verified 100% for production.
Print Room Clerk Job Responsibilities
- Ensures quality performance of the print room and its employees.
- Ensures all documented print room processes and procedures are being followed.
- Prints all labels pertaining to customer specifications.
- Performs basic maintenance of printing equipment.
- Ensures print room is clean, organized and free of safety hazards.
- Records total number of work orders processed by shift.
- Monitors and tracks all label inventory.
- Operates and maintains the HLM High End Copy/Instruction sheet machine.
- Process PO’s for all Instruction sheet requests for Kit and Consigned work orders.
- Monitors and tracks paper usage.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Print Room Clerk Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
- Ability to read packaging specifications
- Ability to demonstrate full knowledge of label matrix program/Cannon High End Copy/Instruction sheet machine as relates to production
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
