    Job description

    Our Company
    Robin Hill Farm
    Overview
At Robin Hill Farm, we know that every recovery journey is unique. For more than 40 years, we have built a community-inclusive continuum of care designed to meet each resident where they are - providing personalized rehabilitation programs that reflect their individual needs, capabilities, and goals.
With seven specialized programs across three nearby towns, Robin Hill Farm offers a supportive and compassionate environment where residents receive the care, encouragement, and opportunities they need to thrive. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals regain independence, build confidence, and experience meaningful progress every day.
    Now Hiring CNAs!
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct care, support, and supervision to residents participating in Robin Hill Farm's rehabilitation and recovery programs. Working as part of a multidisciplinary care team, the CNA helps residents achieve their highest level of independence while ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being.
This role requires a caring professional who can serve as a positive role model, advocate, and communicator while fostering a supportive and respectful environment for residents.
Apply today and become part of the Robin Hill Farm family - where care, community, and purpose come together.
    Responsibilities
    • Provide direct personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and ambulation.
    • Monitor residents' physical condition and report changes in health status to the appropriate clinical staff.
    • Assist with medication observation and medical monitoring as directed by care plans and organizational policies.
    • Support residents in developing and maintaining daily living skills and self-help activities.
    • Encourage independence while providing appropriate supervision and assistance.
    • Foster positive relationships and healthy interactions among residents and their housemates.
    • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times and maintain a safe living environment.
    • Assist residents with recreational, social, and community-based activities.
    • Accompany residents to scheduled appointments, community outings, and other approved activities.
    • Document care provided, resident progress, and significant observations accurately and timely.
    • Communicate effectively with residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members.
    • Follow individualized care plans and support strategies.
    • Maintain compliance with all agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Participate in team meetings, training programs, and ongoing professional development activities.
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support resident care and program operations.

    Qualifications
    Required:
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, or Home Health Aide certification if applicable, in accordance with state requirements.
    • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record as defined by agency policy.
    • Completion of a recognized nursing assistant or home care aide training program.
    • Minimum of six (6) months of recent experience providing direct care or related support services preferred.
    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
    • Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to person-centered care.

    Preferred:
    • Experience working with individuals recovering from neurological injuries, brain injuries, behavioral health conditions, or other complex rehabilitation needs.
    • Experience in residential care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or community-based support settings.

    About our Line of Business
Robin Hill Farm, an affiliate of Rehab Without Walls, provides community-based cognitive rehabilitation for adults with brain injuries. Based upon the belief that no two brain injuries are alike, Robin Hill Farm has developed a continuum of care through six residential programs, so that each patient receives the best care based on their individual needs. Our programs offer residential treatment and can be considered a long-term alternative to institutional living, or a short-term step towards return to home. Our objective is to provide support for our residents in the least restrictive environment possible. For more information, please visit www.robinhillfarm.com. Follow us on Facebook.
