    At Contech, we play a vital role in building and maintaining America's essential infrastructure, from drainage systems to bridges and stormwater management. Join our team as a Maintenance Technician at our Caldwell, ID plant to be part of something meaningful and contribute to the backbone of the nation.

    About the Role:
    As a Maintenance Technician at Contech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation of our manufacturing equipment. Your responsibilities include:
    • Providing technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and install all plant equipment.
    • Accountable for Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) process.
    • Educates, directs, and supports employees in reference to TPM and equipment repair compliance and is responsible for maintenance budget.
    • Identifying cost-effective solutions for replacing obsolete components.
    • Adjusts repairs or replaces parts, assemblies, and machine equipment.
    • Reads and interprets blueprints for repair and installation of equipment.

    About You:
    We Require:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Demonstrates understanding of mechanical/electrical problems and fixes.
    • Good organizational skills.
    • Experience with manufacturing equipment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrates ability to read and understand blueprints.
    • Good root cause problem solving skills.
