Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our organization. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our clients, visitors, and staff. As a Front Desk Representative, you will manage a variety of administrative and customer service tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients promptly and professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
