POSITION SUMMARY:
As a maintenance technician at ITA you will be tasked with various assignments that will require you to work as an individual and as a team. These assignments will range from maintaining automated assembly lines to facility maintenance, Safety will be a paramount in every aspect of this position
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recover Robotic welders (Yaskawa, Kuka)
• Component level troubleshooting of electrical systems 24 VDC to 480 VAC
• Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on assembly and CNC equipment
• Install and maintain 110VAC - 480VAC single and 3 phase systems (bending & installing conduit, pulling wire, Etc.)
• Assist Manufacturing Engineering in collaborative tasks
• Assist in moving machines
• Plumbing pneumatic and hydraulic supply systems
• Forklift maintenance
• Operation of arial platform up to 35 feet
• Attend maintenance training as required (travel)
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Report Preparation:
o Complete work orders within the CMMS thoroughly describing actions taken and root cause analysis
o Notify purchasing and inventory technician of any parts or tools that may need to be ordered
o Fill out P.M. forms in CMMS
• Equipment operation:
o Forklift, Drill Press, Powered Hand Tools, Digital Multi-Meter, Arial Lift, Scissor Lift
Requirements
Education: HS Diploma, 2 year technical degree preferred
Experience: 3-5 Years Industrial Maintenance
