Job description

Do you thrive in leading teams to exceed goals while ensuring customers receive seamless service? Spectrum Community Solutions is seeking a Sales Supervisor to coach and guide inbound sales agents, driving outstanding results across our residential services. Your leadership will help shape exceptional customer experiences and propel Spectrum’s growth. 


How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Lead and motivate inbound sales agents to surpass sales targets 
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to foster agent development 
  • Oversee daily team operations, maintaining high performance standards 
  • Monitor calls and performance metrics to ensure quality customer service 
  • Implement new sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities 
  • Manage recruiting, hiring, goal-setting and performance reviews 
  • Build relationships with other departments for business alignment 

Working Conditions 

  • Office environment with moderate noise levels 
  • Variable work hours based on business needs

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum 

Required Qualifications 

Education 

  • High School diploma or equivalent 

Experience 

  • 2-3+ years inside sales experience 
  • 1-2+ years supervisory experience, preferably in inside sales or call centers  

Skills 

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English 
  • Supervise, motivate and optimize sales teams 
  • Recruit and develop sales professionals 
  • Strong customer relations and communication abilities 
  • Knowledge of Spectrum products and services 

Preferred Qualifications 

Education 

  • 2+ years post high school education 

Experience 

  • Supervisory experience in inside sales or call centers 

Skills 

  • Act with honesty and integrity 
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing 
  • Organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects 
  • Work independently and with others to resolve issues 
  • Adapt quickly to changing business needs 
  • Proficient with computers and billing systems 
  • Listen and address customer needs 
  • Reliable, patient and consistent attendance
